How do we address the most common challenges associated with the offshore model?
Data and Information Security:

• Teams are located in separate physical rooms secured from unauthorized access by guards who verify employee identification cards.
• Teams are issued separate, password and firewall protected, IT infrastructure for unique client document storage, project servers, issue tracking tools, etc.
• If required, an independent LAN segment separate from the TDS network can be set up.
• Tailored and personal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) may be signed with each TDS employee assigned to the project.

Intellectual Property

• Always belongs to our client in accordance with United States and international laws.
• TDS relationship with its clients is that of an independent contractor, and all development is considered a commissioned «work made for hire.»
• Our clients have access to their source code, documentation and working product at any time during development.
• TDS is a well known Seattle based firm governed by Washington State Law.
